History of British Rock in the Pearl Beach Arboretum Saturday 12 October at 2.30 pm.

The Album Show bring you a stunning 2 hour showcase of the “The History of British Rock – The Sixties and Seventies”. From the changing the pop landscape in the early 60’s, through the British Blues and the iconic seeds of Heavy Rock, culminating in Glam, Punk and pure Rock and Roll. British Rock through this era can easily be seen as some of the most important music of the rock generation. With a Full Live Band of some of the most accomplished musicians from all over the country, this show will lead you from the early 60’s all the way through to the late 70’s. Covering artists from The Beatles to Queen, from The Hollies to T-Rex. From the Stones to The Police. The show promises to be a memorable afternoon filled with more iconic songs than you can imagine, and lots of dancing under the trees! Bring a rug and or some chairs and a picnic, and enjoy the aft

ABOUT THE ARBORETUM

The Arboretum, established in Pearl Beach since 1976, is a natural botanic garden open to the public for free. Our Arboretum is a sanctuary for rare and threatened plant species, spanning 5.5 hectares of land in the Pearl Beach community. Sorry no domestic animals, fires, BBQs or smoking are allowed in the Arboretum except with special permission.
