Thank you so much for considering the Arboretum for your community event, workshop, wedding, or meeting. You might also consider the Arboretum for your next corporate get-together or for your photography or film shoot.
The Arboretum is a not-for-profit community organisation run by volunteers and all profits go to our work in managing this beautiful bushland site.
The cottage includes a small kitchenette and one accessible bathroom. Our new verandah/pavilion attached to the cottage provides an undercover area of 70 square meter space that is perfect for catered events and workshops

Type 1 | Wedding & other Life Milestone Events with 50 attendees & over. | Flat Fee $500 (no bond/no discounts). Includes $100 pre-event cleaning fee. |
Type 2 | Wedding and other Life Milestone Events with 10 to 49 attendees | Flat Fee $300 (no bond/no discounts). Includes $100 pre-event cleaning fee. |
Type 3 | Workshops & other profitable events up to 4 hours. (up to 60 attendees). | $3 per paying participant plus option pre-event cleaning fee of $100. |
Type 4 | Small no profit event by Arboretum member (up to 60 attendees). | $200 (includes $100 pre-event cleaning fee). |
Type 5 | Large Musical / Cultural Event (over 100 attendees). | Negotiated Fee |
Type 6 | Local community events like the Art Fair and the Carols. | Negotiated Fee |
Type 7 | Educational Events including 'Nature Play'. | Negotiated Fee |
Type 8 | Any small event not using the cottage. | Usually free but must be booked using the form to ensure no conflict with other events. |
