Our New Verandah/Pavilion is Officially Open

Every year in August we celebrate the founding of the Crommelin Native Arboretum at Pearl Beach in 1976 with an Anniversary Picnic. This year this coincided with the completion of our new Verandah/Pavilion, so we used this event to officially open it and use it for the first time.

It was well attended and we didn't have to worry too much about the weather as we all fitted under cover of the new Verandah/Pavilion.

Unfortunately Lisel Tesch was not able to attend but Pat Italiano, the Manager from the Bendigo Bank in Ettalong was. The grant we received for the Bendigo Bank, along with a NSW Government grant and generous donations from volunteers and others in the community, helped make this all possible.
